1. OVERVIEW
This Registrant Domain Name Change Agreement (this “ Agreement ”) has been signed between you and Hostlica, LLC {Turkish name Hostlica} (“ Hostlica ”) and will be effective from the date of electronic acceptance. Terms for your use of Hostlica's Registrant change services (“ Services ”) to transfer a domain name from a current or previous registrant (“ Previous Registrant”) to a new registrant (“ New Registrant ”); and This Agreement, which sets the terms, applies to both the Previous Registrant and the New Registrant.

Hostlica is not an approved domain name registrar by the Internet Board of Assigned Names and Numbers (“ ICANN ”). As an ICANN approved domain name registrar, you acknowledge and agree that the Hostlica service is subject to an agreement with ICANN. The Hostlica service agrees to sign this Agreement with ICANN as well as (i) ICANN and/or (ii) such top-level domain (“ TLD ”) or country code top-level domain (“ ccTLD ”).You agree and represent that you may change it to comply with the terms and conditions provided by the applicable registration. 2. DOMAIN NAME CHANGE AND TRANSFER PROCESS; Role of Hostlica Party
The Previous Registrant and the New Registrant acknowledge that they have signed this agreement voluntarily. Previous Registrant and New Registrant, Hostlica company's sole role in connection with this agreement is to perform the domain name registration transfer request and/or registrant information change, and Hostlica company's sole responsibility in this Agreement is the domain name registration transfer request and/or or to process the electronic registrant information change. The previous Registrant and the New Registrant assume full responsibility for the legal validity of the domain name transfer and/or any registrant information.

By initiating the registrant change process , you agree that the domain name cannot be transferred to another registrar within sixty (60) days after the registrant change is completed (“ Transfer Ban Period ”). Accordingly, when the Previous Registrant or New Registrant needs to transfer the domain name to another registrar within sixty (60) days after the completion of the domain name change process, the Previous Registrant and New Registrant shall first of all: make the necessary arrangements to transfer the domain name to the new registrar and then make the necessary registrant changes.
Additionally, if the domain name is subject to a subsequent registrant change during the Transfer Ban Period, the Transfer Ban Period will start again after the subsequent registrant change is complete.
A. Registrant Change Process
When the Previous Registrant requests a registrant change, Hostlica sends a confirmation email to both the Previous Registrant and the New Registrant. Both parties must accept and expressly approve the change of registrant information for the changes to be approved. Both the Previous and New Registrant receive an email regarding the change and must click on the landing page. At this point, (1) the previous registrant should review their domain name and registrant information change; The previous Registrant must also cancel the 60-day transfer lock if the registrar is to be transferred to a different registrar, and (2) the new registrant must review their domain name and registrant information change; New Domain Owner, Must sign new registrant agreement (if applicable) with Hostlica. Previous and New Registrant must approve the terms of the registrant change within five (5) days of receipt of the confirmation email. You agree that if the Previous Registrant or the New Registrant does not approve the terms of the registrant change process within a five (5) day period, the change will not take place and the request to change the registrant information will expire and therefore the Previous Registrant will have to initiate a new process. Upon completion of the registrant change process, Hostlica will send an e-mail to the Previous Registrant and the New Registrant confirming the registrant change in accordance with this Agreement. If the Previous Registrant has any objections to the change of registration, the Former Registrant shall be solely responsible for replying to the e-mail and informing Hostlica within fifteen (15) days of receipt of such e-mail. The former Registrant shall not indemnify, indemnify and hold Hostlica company indebted for any problems arising as a result of the incorrect replacement of the registrant, whether by the Former Registrant or other persons acting on his behalf, whether intentionally or unintentionally. i will make it.
B. Transfer Process
After the previous Registrant initiates the transfer request, Hostlica sends a confirmation email to the New Registrant. The new Registrant must sign in to their account and confirm the terms of the registrant transfer change within ten (10) days of receipt of the confirmation email. You acknowledge and agree that if the new Registrant does not approve the terms of the transfer transaction within a ten (10) day period, the transaction ID and security code required for the registration process will expire, the transfer will not take place and the Previous Registrant will have to restart the process.
3. STATEMENTS AND WARRANTIES OF THE PREVIOUS DOMAIN OWNER AND THE NEW DOMAIN OWNER
On behalf of the Previous Registrant and the New Registrant, with this agreement, you have the right, power, legal basis and appropriate authority to sign this agreement on behalf of the Previous Registrant or the New Registrant, respectively, and that you have no further rights, claims and interests in this agreement. You declare and warrant that you do not transfer it to the organization or person. You further warrant that, as the party shopping with your Customer Account, you are authorized by the owner of the domain names in your Customer Account as the Designated Agent for the purposes set forth herein. “Assigned Agent” means the person or entity that the Previous Registrant or New Registrant has expressly authorized to approve the registrant change on their behalf.
4. HEIRS AND APPOINTMENTS
This Agreement shall be binding and in effect for the benefit of the two parties named herein and their respective heirs, successors and appointees.
5. WAIVER AND SUBMISSION
Previous Domain Owner; Hostlica confirms its acceptance of the Universal Terms of Service, Domain Name Registration Agreement, Domain Name Transfer Agreement, Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, and other domain-related documents (collectively, the “ Registration Agreements ”). The Prior Registrant acknowledges and agrees that (i) it has no right to receive any refunds and has no debts in connection with the Registration Agreements and (ii) exempts Hostlica from all liability and obligations to the Previous Registrant in connection with the Registration Agreements.
6. RESTRICTIONS OF LIABILITY OF Hostlica FOR THE NEW DOMAIN HOLDER
The new Domain Name Owner assumes full and complete responsibility and acknowledges and agrees that Hostlica has no liability for:
The original domain registration of the previous Registrant.
Legal right and capacity of the Previous Registrant to transfer the domain name registration to the New Registrant.
Any situation that existed or may arise prior to this Agreement and which causes the domain name registration to be transferred to the New Registrant shall be postponed or not.
When the transfer is complete, the New Registrant's validity and enforceability of ownership of the domain name registration.
7. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS ON Hostlica's LIABILITY
In addition to the obligation restrictions specified in the Universal Service Terms Convention, both of the previous domain name and the new domain owner both confirms that the Hostlica company does not carry the obligation for the following issues: (a) The suspension, losing or replacement of the domain name registration without considering the actions of the parties in this agreement , (B) THE USE OF THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION OR ANY OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES' INABILITY TO USE AND BENEFIT THE DOMAIN NAME, (C) DISCONTINUATION OF THE COMPANY WITH THE PREVIOUS DOMAIN NAME OR NEW DOMAIN OWNER, DATA IS DELAYED OR INTERRUPTED, (E) DATA IS DELIVERED, MIS DELIVERED, DAMAGED, DAMAGED OR OTHER MODIFIED,(F) PROCESSING OF APPLICATION OR REQUEST FOR THIS APPLICATION OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED BY Hostlica COMPANY OR (G) ICANN, PRIOR TO ICANN ORGANIZATIONS OR ANY OTHER DECLARATION APPLICATION APPLICABLE.
8. LAWYER FEES
In the event of a disagreement regarding this contract, court and attorney costs are paid to the party in favor of which the decision was made.
9. PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO .US REGISTRATIONS
As the Registrant, You, the registrar NeuStar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, by reason of the Registrant relationships arising from (i) US domain name registration and (ii) use of any US registered domain name. You release the shareholders from all claims, actions, actions, claims and damages of any kind or nature.
The New Registrant certifies that he/she meets the following Core Requirements to be licensed to use the US domain name.
A. Domain owners must be one of two groups:
(i) natural persons who are American citizens, (ii) permanent residents of the United States or its jurisdiction, or (iii) principal place of residence in the United States, or;
(i) Agencies and organizations established and established under the laws of the United States of America, the District of Columbia and its jurisdictions (including federal, state, or local) including the United States government or their political divisions and non-commercial organizations located in the United States), or;
Foreign agency and organization with bona fide presence in the United States or its territory and territory, as well as (i) organization regularly engaged in law activities in the United States (businesses that include sales of goods and services and other commercial and non-commercial non-profit activities) ),(ii) organizations with offices and ownership in the United States.

The new Registrant further confirms that Hostlica has requested specific information on how the Registrant has met Nexus requirements and that the Registrant has voluntarily submitted this information. The new Registrant understands and agrees that this information will be verified and shared with the US Registrar.
The new Registrant understands and agrees that the domain name change will be canceled immediately if the information cannot be verified and the responsible is unable to continue to comply with the Core Requirements.
10. HEADINGS AND HEADLINES; INDEPENDENT COMMITMENTS; SEPARABILITY
The headings of this Agreement are provided for convenience and ease of reference only and will not be used to explain or interpret the parties' agreement in any way not specified herein. Each term and contract in this Agreement will be reviewed for all purposes as a separate and independent clause or contract. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision (or part of a provision) of this Agreement is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions (or portions of provisions) of this Agreement will not be affected and will be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. DEFINITIONS; Contradictions
Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Universal Terms of Service Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Universal Terms of Service Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement will prevail.
